Instructions for presenters
Oral presentation
Your lecture (25 min + 5 min discussion) is automatically incorporated into the symposium program. Check here when your lecture is scheduled.
The presenting author must confirm his/her attendance (before February 24th 2023) and needs to register for the congress. You have to register as lecturer via the registration page. Hotel reservation has to be done by the presenter. If you are unable to attend the congress, kindly advise immediately by E-mail: ilse.vandevoorde@kuleuven.be
Poster presentation
All posters should have the size A0 (width 0.841 m x height 1.189 m) in portrait orientation. The text should be printed or typewritten and enlarged so that it can be read from a distance of at least 2 metres. Indicate names of (co)-authors, affiliations, organisations and title of the paper as header of your poster with lettering of at least 10-20 mm in height.

The numbering of the poster will be done by the Organizing Committee. Poster number should therefore not be mentioned on the poster itself.
The poster should be prepared for set up with double-sided, self-adhesive tape which will be available at the registration desk. Posters can be set up on Sunday April 2nd, 2023 between 10 am and 7 pm. Posters can be removed not earlier than 14h on Wednesday April 5th, 2023. The posters will be displayed during the whole meeting and ample time will be allocated to poster discussions.
